In regards to the delivery date, I hope you can understand, that even though the majority of our orders do arrive on time, we cannot guarantee your exact delivery date as we use a third party courier to deliver orders from China and occasionally delays can occur which are out of our control. Please also note that if a delivery is delayed we cannot refund for your order.
